Welcome to Andi Green Psychology Services

I am a psychologist who enjoys working with adults, couples and families.  I have many years of experience working with a range of people across their life-span on a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, work/life stress, self-esteem, motivation and communication.

I have a special interest in working with trauma, inter-generational issues and families that are experiencing conflict/disharmony; parenting concerns and adjusting to parenthood; and with couples who are experiencing difficulties within their relationship. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds from all over Melbourne and the world. A number of my clients are from the LGBTQIA+ community, both individuals and couples.

I offer a holistic and practical approach to physical and mental health and well-being using Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Restructuring, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Relaxation Therapy, Psychotherapy and Psycho-Education.
